UCI Mountain Bike World Cup

An amazing trip to the Swiss and Austrian Alps saw us continue Discovery’s coverage of the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup. It was a fortnight packed with massive stories. In front of his home crowd Nino Schurter broke the all time wins record in Lenzerheide and Rachel Atherton won her first DHI WC since becoming a mum. 18 year old Jordan William’s won the DHI Final on his debut in the senior class and it was all topped off as we moved across to Austria and witnessed the first ever double Austrian win in DHI as Valentina Höll and Andreas Kolb took victory at the legendary Leogang track. The atmosphere at both of these events was incredible, the locations for filming were stunning, I got out biking 4 times and the team I worked with were great fun. More of the same please!
